A day after Tahawwur Hussian Rana’s extradition, the first photos of the Mumbai terror attacks co-conspirator being handed over to Indian authorities have surfaced. The images show Tahawwur Rana shackled and facing away from the camera, surrounded by US Marshals as he is formally transferred to Indian officials. The photos have been released by the US Department of Justice’s Office of Public Affairs.
