JNU begins postgraduate admission process for 2025-26 | Delhi News

New Delhi: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) officially launched the admission process for its postgraduate (PG) and advanced diploma of proficiency programmes for the academic session 2025–26.The university began accepting online applications on May 23, and the window will remain open until 11:50 pm on June 16. A correction window will be available from June 17 to June 18 for candidates to make necessary changes to their submitted applications.The admission process is open to candidates who appeared for the CUET (PG) 2025 examination, whose results were announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on May 6. Eligible candidates can submit their applications via the official websites using their NTA application number and date of birth as login credentials.“Applicants are strongly advised to carefully read the e-prospectus and ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements for their chosen programmes. Detailed information regarding eligibility criteria, intake capacity, and programme-specific requirements is available on the university’s admission portals,” said an official.JNU plans to release the first merit list on June 27, followed by the second on July 5 and the third on July 14. The final deadline for admission and registration is August 14.Selected candidates will undergo physical document verification on several dates: July 21 to 25, July 28 and 29, and finally, August 13 and 14 for those included in the last merit list. Additionally, the university may issue a final call for admission against vacant seats on August 8.
