Emergency In U.S. States; Dozens Killed & Injured, Thousands Of Homes Destroyed In Severe Storms

Severe storms across parts of the U.S. Midwest and South have left at least 23 people dead. In Missouri, St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer said five people died, 38 were injured and more than 5,000 homes were affected in her city.
