Permanent Representative of India to UN, Parvathaneni Harish, gave a stunning speech on UN reform on April 15. “The current geopolitical realities warrant a review of this architecture. Reform is essential to make the UN fit for purpose, to enable it to respond meaningfully to the current global challenges.
